Blues On The Farm

Real ale and real music get it together as Blues On The Farm returns with rocking blues, blues & blues-roots bands - and over 20 refined and regional beers on tap.

Blues On The Farm festival has been described as "A little piece of the Mississippi Delta on the Chichester Plain”. The event is staged in a 40-acre setting a couple of miles south of Chichester and has a reputation for presenting high quality music from world-class musicians, in a family-friendly, safe and relaxed environment.

This year’s line-up includes blues legends like Gary Brooker (Procol Harum) and friends, Ian Siegal, Stevie Nimmo and multi-British Blues Award winners King King, Mike Sanchez, The Blues Band featuring Paul Jones (of BBC Radio 2 fame), The Billy Walton Band, Sari Schorr and the Engine Room (New York) plus The Hitman Blues Band (New York) and Brilleaux (New Zealand), this promises to be a really international affair.

Entrance is £5 to cover both gardens, children under 14 free. Plants will be for sale at 23 New Brighton Road along with tea and homemade cakes. The addresses are 23 New Brighton Road and 4 Elderfield Close. There have been many changes in both gardens since they last opened so do please try and visit and help to raise money for the National Gardens Scheme who support so many worthy causes.

The Elms is an important house in the village of Bedhampton, once described as 'the gem of Bedhampton'.
