Twyford Waterworks’ Edwardian Event

Visitors will be able to explore the Waterworks at their leisure or join one of the free guided tours that will run throughout the day. On display will be one of the original steam engines, currently undergoing restoration, along with diesel, gas and water powered engines at work. The industrial narrow gauge railway will also be in operation and the majority of volunteers will be dressed in Edwardian clothes!

Admission is £5 for adults, £4 for Angel Radio listeners on a pension. Open from 11.00am to 4.00pm the site also has a tea room and a nature trail.
