A consultation forum will be held to discuss a proposal for 193 new homes to be built on land in Havant Road, Emsworth.

Developers will be given the opportunity to present their proposals for 63 one bedroomed houses/flats, 35 two bedroomed houses/flats, 71 three bedroomed houses and 24 four bedroomed houses, to Councillors and local amenity groups.  Officers from Havant Borough Council will also be attending.

Within this building scheme 30% of the dwellings will be provided as affordable housing for rent and shared ownership.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend the forum being held in the Council Chamber at 6pm to listen to the debate, with the option of completing feedback forms with their individual comments at the end of the meeting.
